I’m Fee Hanif, a qualified person-centered counsellor with over ten years of experience in the social care sector, supporting clients across diverse age groups. My practice, Therapy Moments, offers online counselling, phone sessions, and walk-and-talk therapy across Manchester and the UK. I work with individuals facing challenges including anxiety, depression, burnout, self-harm, grief, and the lasting impacts of child sexual exploitation on victims and their loved ones (CSE).
My approach is grounded in empathy, emotional safety, and relational depth. I provide a supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions with openness and authenticity, fostering healing, resilience, and self-awareness.
Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and no two paths are the same. I work in a person-centered, trauma-informed way that respects your autonomy and inner strength, meeting you with compassion and without judgment.
I support clients through a range of emotional experiences, including:
Depression: Shifting negative thought patterns and reconnecting with your sense of self
Anxiety: Managing triggers and building emotional resilience
Burnout: Restoring balance and energy when life feels overwhelming
Relationship Difficulties: Navigating change, boundaries, and emotional clarity
CSE or Trauma: Exploring the impacts of exploitation and rebuilding trust and safety
Self-Harm: Understanding emotional distress and developing compassionate coping strategies
Grief & Bereavement: Holding space for loss, confusion, and emotional transition
Exam pressure: Navigating stress, anxiety and pressures of achieving, for both teenagers and adults
Whether you’re seeking therapy for the first time, returning after a break or looking for support for your child, I aim to offer a calm, inclusive space where healing can unfold at your pace over time.
